Laptop not booting up with Windows 64 bit OS

Hi All,

I recently bought two 4GB memory modules for my laptop. I upgraded my laptop from 3GB RAM to 8GB RAM.
Now, my laptop is not booting up it was running Windows 7 Ult 64 bit OS earlier but, after upgrading RAM it goes till windows logo and reboots.
The strange thing is it boots up fine with 32bit Operating system and new RAM.

Any one have any theory about this issue ??

Did u checked The Details in the RAM Memory? is it same? i mean the voltages and the ddr?

Yes, its the same. Its DDR3 RAM with 1067Mhz freq.

But. still the question is how 32bit Operating system is working on this new RAM and 64 bit doesn't.

After lot of hit and trials found that new RAM modules doesn't work with 64 bit Operating system.

Got old Micron tech 4GB RAM modules from somewhere and they are working fine with 64bit OS. I guess I have to return this new RAM.
