Laptop not detecting wireless networks

Hi everyone! I'm experiencing a problem to find any wireless networks. I have read through some threads regarding this problem, but my problem seems abit different. I am at the Device Manager > Network Adapters, there's a yellow triangle with a exclamation mark in it. When i click on the "Properties" of the branches under Network Adapter, it shows the device status as such "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" .

So i am wondering if I am able to start the device my network will work again? Or is there other solutions? And how do i start the device?

You probably need an updated driver from the vendor.
