Question Laptop Not running well despite updates + scans

Ive tried everything I can think of: wiped laptop, re installed windows, ran all the command prompts suggested cahnged windows settings but it still isnt running games well at all/ they are playing with the GP voltage very low.

I wonder if your RAM is in the optimum slots. Your memory performance is poor, even with a high clock.

It says its in dual channel on CPU-Z
