Question Laptop not starting

hello, i have an acer aspire v3-771 and it just wont start.
if i press the power button nothing happens.
i have tried getting the battery out and the power and then holding down the power button without results.
i have also tried getting a different ac and power jack but nothing works.

i hope you guys have good ideas

Even if the battery was dead it should boot with a power supply attached. see if this helps:

Sorry to say you will probably have to bring it to a technician. It sounds like your computer's main board needs serviced or replaced.

If your DC jack is separate from the board, you can try replacing that (much cheaper).
