Question Laptop not turning on?

Hey guys
When i push the start button my laptops power light blinks and fan run for 2 to 3 seconds then turned off with a beep sound.
So anyone know the problem please tell me what happened to it please.

What is make and model of the laptop? Is it just one beep? Have you tried taking the battery out of it?

Yes i tried the battery method but nothing happened
