Question Laptop Not turning On

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 110 15acl which I purchased in 2017 it suddenly stopped working .I turned it on one day and found that battery was low (8%) and plugged in the charger but it didn't charge and showed a X mark near battery icon and it turned off within few seconds .after that I tried charging it but it would charge very slowly and discharge very fast .after this it stopped working completely it shows no reaction on pressing power button now .if I connect charger and long press power button two LEDs glow and battery led flashes red continuously and fan spins at high speed for few seconds and turns off no display in monitor ! Not even Lenovo logo comes ! Any help and info on this will help me greatly .thank you

2.8GB RAM
3.1TB HARDDISK
4.was running on Windows 10

This is probably the case where your battery died, buying a new battery would cost you around 50euro.
It could also be that your charger is not working properly but it is most likely the battery. ( New battery link )

Thanks a lot for replying! Aren't laptop supposed to turn on without battery ? I mean not even bios comes that's what worrying me

Fixed my issue .it turns out to be a fried chipset and service center guys changed it now my laptop turns on
