Question laptop not using nvidia gpu

hello i have asus tuf laptop with amd rx vega 10 gpu and nvidia 1660ti gpu
i play games with very low fps and i saw that my laptop only using the cpu and not using the nvidia one (utilization always under 30%)
i tried cchanging gpu from nvidia control paned and from windows graphics in display also updated and reinstalled all drivers
now i bought an external monitor and connect my laptop though hdmi but still low fps and no nvidia gpu usage also tried disabling the amd gpu but nothing works

What games are you having problem with? And what is your laptop model please?

asus tuf fx505du
games like league of legends ,cod,valorant
on elague of legends with lowest settings i struggle to get 80fps

Are you running plugged in?
Windows balanced power plan will use integrated graphics and not discrete when running on battery power.

You may be throttling.
Try balanced mode and perhaps set the max cpu to 90%

i tried that too nothing happens
btw no matter if i change the seeting from high to low opr the res from hd to fhd or even qhd i still get around 100 frames in league of legends
