My laptop is having issue with sleep, when I wake it up from sleep it shows me nvlddmkm.sys crash and it restarts and when it starts gpu is no longer visible in device manager and I have to click on show hidden devices to make it visible. There is a code 45 error in the properties. To make it work again I have to uninstall it from device manager and reset my bios to default. It doesn't cause any issue in game no matter how graphically demanding it is. The only issue is with sleep. Please help me fix this issue.

Nvidia driver crash, most likely corrupt or incompatible. Uninstall and re-install either the original version that came with laptop or one from the Nvidia website.
Do not let windows update your HW drivers.
