Laptop occassionally acting like I have a key pressed down

So here is an issue. Sometimes, my laptop will suddenly start acting like I have a key pressed, and it is always a random key so I have to restart my computer. This issue originated on my Dell Inspiron 17R N7110 laptop. I thought maybe it was a specific issue to that computer, since the laptop itself was getting old. However, I bought a new gaming laptop, a Dell Inspiron 7559. It is powerful and can run most current games, but not all at max specs. Anyways, I put my Microsoft account on the computer and the issue started happening not long after. I also downloaded a bunch of games, so it could be a game that I had on both computers, I don't know. I just need help. If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Microsoft account saves all of your personal settings on the cloud and restores it on that particular machine you log into. So it's clear that the issue much be your settings, try to tweak or dig around in the keyboard settings. You probably turned something on like the hotkeys or something.
