Does it actually produce audio?
ok, in theory I found the driver looking at te hardware ID of the unknown device:
ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_3438
ACPI\INT3438
*INT3438
now it sounds but very distorted, this machine is driving me crazy....

Based on your screenshots (and my limited knowledhe of Spanish), you do have proper drivers installed. Do you see volume icon in the taskbar? What does Settings ->System -> Sound reports about ?
That's the weird thing now, everything seems to be fine, but you can hear de noise of the classic windows 10 bell when you press the volume bar in this video https://youtube.com/shorts/72rFFVgXGyg?feature=share
and is completely distorted, the odd thing is that before it worked fine, it happend after the format, may be the drivers are corrupt? and if so I didn't find another place with the drivers
