I am on a laptop trying to overclock. I have tried ASUS GPU Tweak and I have tried MSI afterburner. The programs seem to work. It allows me to push my gpu clock. But, my temps don't increase, and I see no change in FPS..

Is there something I'm doing wrong that's a simple fix?

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M
8GB Ram
Windows 7 Home Premium

At this point I'd say that either (a) your video game configs aren't properly configured, or (b) you've reached the cap when it comes to performance and that OC'ing won't provide any further gains.

You can use Nvidia Inspector and flash your VBIOS, but remember to backup the VBIOS before doing so. Do not confuse BIOS with VBIOS, as they're different (albeit somewhat similar in some respects).
