Laptop overheting cpu fan making wierd noises

I noticed that my laptop was overheting so i took it to the service were they upgreded my bios and cleaned the cooling.But it is still overheting while i play games and as a result i get big fps drops and i was wondering if i should invest into a new fan or try some software to fix the fan i was wondering if an driver update could help or maby take of the keyboard and take a closer look.

I have a Toshiba 870c-11k and a coller
power plan on higperformance

Someone made a tutorail on how they ressurected their failing laptop, it has a lot of good info. I would go read it, i think it is on the 2nd page has a lot of likes and shares
