Question Laptop performance halved overnight.

I cannot pinpoint the problem and it does not make sense on to why the CPU, GPU, and ram would go down the hole overnight. I have reset my bios, checked through the windows log, reinstalled a ton of drivers, uninstalled all programs i have installed the past few days and checked if windows has updated which it has not. I have also checked for any corrupted windows files and fixed those.
I used UserBenchmarks and compared it to the last time i have used it and it says that everything besides my HDD is performing way below expectations.
Any ideas?

4GB DDR3 RAM
Intel Core i3-4030U
Intel HD Graphics 4400
Seagate Momentus 2.5" 1TB
It is an inspiron 3542
