I was wondering if I encounter the "Power Flea" problem, what should I do ? From what I read on Internet power flea means residual electricity that remains in the motherboard.
I don't know if my battery is detachable/removable. This is what I found out on the Internet:

1). First set of instructions :
  1. If the laptop's battery is external, remove the battery.
  2. Unplug the AC adapter from the machine.
  3. Press and hold power button for at least 10 seconds.
  4. Turn on the machine.
2). And the second one :
  1. Shut down the computer.
  2. Unplug the computer from the wall socket.
  3. If the battery is removable, Remove the battery and hold the Power button down for 15 seconds.
  4. If the battery is non-removable, while the computer is ON, hold the power button down and wait for the computer to shut down and still hold the power button down for another 15 seconds.
  5. Turn the computer ON and check.
i) Which set of instructions is the best ?

ii) For the second, I don't know if my battery is removable. What happens if my battery is removable but I try step 4 like it's non-removable ? If it were removable, I wouldn't remove it because I don't want to break something in the laptop.
So is it ok to I act like it's non-removable ?

iii) What happens if I perform a power drain with no reason, just like a maintenance of the laptop ?

Thank you for your time !
