Hello, I have a project that i'm working on. I am using a laptop motherboard in a traditional PC case. Now as you can imagine, the main power switch is in a odd place. My goal is to wire up the switch that is on the PC case to the motherboard. I have to apologize but I couldn't find a better picture and I was not able to add my own but the image attached is the same switch I have.

What I am wondering is how to wire it up. All I see on the board beside the switch is a number 2 and SW1. But I don't know what they mean.
Could anyone suggest any ideas or help me figure out what wire goes to which connection on the board.
Thanks in advance.

Solution
The power switch is normally open and is momentary on meaning shorted for as long as you hold it down. So, either wire from the switch can go to either location on the board, polarity is not an issue. SW1 would be the printing to identify that switch as switch #1, don't see a #2 in the picture.

So basically I can connect a wire to either connection on the switch. Wouldn't I need to connect 2 wires because most switches have 2 wires that can be soldered on.
