Laptop Questions

Hi, I was looking for a good laptop for my dad thats $600 and under. He needs it for work, mostly going to be used for excel, powerpoints, spreadsheets and ect. The laptop needs to be able to handle many programs running at once. The laptop also needs to be at least 15 inches for the screen.
