How To Laptop RAM question

Hello there first post on this forum!
So I have a question regarding RAM I just bought a new laptop and wanted to upgrade the RAM and I don't understand all the differences. The specs for my laptop are below I am trying to find if I can use different ram than what was shipped with along with the maximum amount of RAM my machine should be able handle.

Would I be able to install ram that is has a higher MHz if so what would be the max, what about SODIMM ? Also wanted to install 32gb 2 x16gb how would I know if my machine would support that I have read conflicting info online. Thanks!

It was a custom build so it just has the 15t as the model

well it has to have some sort of identification number. Or it will be faster for you to contact the builder/seller.

15t models on the market differ from low-end to hign-end, with support of as low as 8GB RAM max, there are definitely 16GB models with 2 RAM slots, but I'm not sure about 32GB
