Laptop randomly restarts in games

Hi there.
My notebook is an old acer 5620z. My sepcs are:
Intel pentuim T2330 1.6Ghz
Intel Gm965(onboard)
2G of Ram
110G hdd
My problem is that whenever i play a game the laptop reboots. I thought it was heat, i opened up the laptop and cleanned, but the problem is still there.
I checked for virus with windows defender and AVG. The system was cleanned.
I also checked the ram with mem86.
Used the sfc /scannow that also was passed with no errors.
CPU test with CPU burner was also ok. The temp was 93c. In games i almost never reached 85c. I tried gaming without the battery and still crash.
When i use the VIDEO CARD TEST STABILITY, the laptop reboots also like in games.
I changed drivers for my GPU, to no avail. I forgot to mention that i'm running win8 64 with everything pretty much up to date. Plz help

That is definitly very intersting, but spending 500$ in this very difficult times for a new computer isn't my best choiceThanks khanturjo i'll keeps the suggestion in mind.

This morning it happened when i started the computer and windows was still loading.
In the event viewer i have a bunch of errors, under critical errors i have the kernel power event id 41 with bugcheck and parameter 0*0
Plz help.
