Laptop model: Lenovo Gaming 3 15ACH6

Hi, so I don't usually ask for help for this kinda thing since I usually just do research and try to fix the problem myself but the issue persists no matter what I do, My laptop randomly gets a bad stutter, happens either running no tasks or under load, always happens randomly and I can't seem to replicate it. Here are some of the things I've tried to do in order to fix it,

  • Used DDU to uninstall both amd and nvidia gpu, then clean installed them
  • Uninstalled all processors and did a fresh install
  • Enabled hardware accelerated gpu scheduling
  • Fresh install of windows 10
  • Updated Bios to the latest version
  • Upgraded RAM, changed the storage drive

Important things to note, the laptop is on a cooling fan and is not overheating.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Uninstalled all processors and did a fresh install

Fresh install of windows 10
Which version(not edition) of Windows 10 are you on? Where did you source the installer for the OS?

Upgraded RAM, changed the storage drive
Can you please elaborate?

You might want to try and disconnect the laptop, disassemble it, disconnect the internal battery then the rams, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Reconnect the rams then try powering on with only the external adapter. If that works out, power down, disconnect from the wall and then hook up the battery and try again.
