So my razer blade 15 runs really hot and I was wondering if they put the best fans in the laptop or if I could buy Better ones?

Laptop fans generally perform about the same, there isnt much to improve on there.
Are they "the best"? Probably not since its Razer.
Would it be worth replacing? Probably not.

The biggest issue is the size of the system, thin light laptops are not the best form for a gaming computer. You can't escape physics, for cooling you need surface area to push heat out, which means larger heatsinks, fans and vents. If you bottle that stuff up in a small system there is no way for heat to go through the cooling system since it's so close to everything else, so everything else heats up as well.

Laptops aren't designed for heavy gaming but one thing you can do is undervolt your CPU and GPU as it has the most impact on temps. Also you can replace thermal paste on the CPU and GPU and use a cooling pad.
