So I have had a lot of problems with my new laptop but there has been this one thing that doesn't seem to want to work and it's my resolution, some things say its running at 1080p but my system(not games or web), speccy and https://www.screenresolution.org/ all seem to be saying that it is running at 1536x864 pixels yet the settings of my laptop all say its at 1080p. also within speccy it says that that's the res under Intel HD 630(my laptop has a 1050 in it just it doesn't run all the time) is at the 864p and depending on the application running I can tell its not at 1080p like when I error message its at incredibly low res compared with what it should be 1080p.
I've gone into Intels Graphics settings and Nividia control panel but can't see any way to change it so if anyone knows what might be happening, please help.
