Question Laptop RTX2070 underperforming

Hey guys,
would really like some help figuring this out. Just got a new laptop.i7 8750H and rtx 2070 notebook version not MaxQ.
Yet i am only getting the following score in 3d mark timespy:

what am i doing wrong?

I got the laptop from pc specialist. Recoil RTX II

If I were a betting man, it isn't engaging the dedicated GPU and is running on the system's integrated graphics. To fix this you can right click on 3D Mark and tell it to run using the GeForce graphics or go into the GeForce graphics settings and set it to always use the GeForce chip.
