Question Laptop runs games slow even though it meets recommended requirements

My laptop runs GTA SA at 10-15 fps but I looked up its requirements and My laptop exceeds them here is my specs
Ram 4gb
CPU Intel i3 m350 2.27ghz
Intel hd 620 graphics
I know it's a literal potato laptop but it should be able to handle GTA SA well

Make and model of your laptop? An SKU for the laptop would help us two fold.

That processor is more than a decade old though I'm curious.
1| Where did you source the installer for the game?
2| Are you working with the iGPU? If so, that's your issue, apart from the laptop being something that's not meant for gaming.

Dell n5010 and yes I'm working with igpu
