Laptop Screen broken HDMI Connected to tv but only showing zoomed in picture. Help!!!

Im unable to adjust see the my full desktop on my TV screen via the HDMI chord. To make life even more difficult the screen is broken so i have no idea what im clicking on. Any Solutions?

Hold down the Windows key and tap P until the selected option is "Second screen only." This should automatically adjust your resolution to something that will fit on your TV correctly. You may also try checking your TV's settings if it has options for underscan or overscan. Your graphics card control panel should also have a similar setting. Change the setting to whatever suits your display.
