Laptop screen dashes

Hy ... I have a laptop Acer Aspire 5755G - I7, 6 GB DDR3, 500 GB HDD, Geforce GT630M....

Simptom....

for some time on the laptop screen appeared some very fine lines that can be seen only on white background, must be very close to the screen to see them, they see the whole screen oriented diagonally and at equal distance between them ... if I put the laptop on an external monitor, the line disappears and everything is ok.

Any ideas ?

It sounds like you're seeing the pixel structure of the display.
