Laptop screen display symbols instead of text

symbols appear on my laptop screen when i turn it on, pls respond quickly, i can log in and i have no idea whats going on

You may need to reinstall your OS. Seems like OS corrupted. I would suggest that you refresh the OS on your laptop:
