Question Laptop Screen Flickers after removing HDMI Cable.

After removing the HDMI cable from Laptop, every time I start to type or move the mouse, the screen goes blank and flickers and stops when I touch the screen.

What is it that you have connected to the laptop via hdmi? An additional display I'm assuming.
Have you tried a clean reinstall of the drivers? Are you using any display scaling options?

The Laptop was connected to a ViewSonic Monitor. Once I'm done working at the desk, I usually remove the HDMI cable and work with the laptop elsewhere in the house.

Yes, I tried the reinstall the drivers, restored Windows, and installed the Intel Command Center as well. Don't see any obvious issues or concerns.
