Question Laptop screen glitching randomly when lid is moved, it started doing this randomly a week ago ?

My laptop was working fine until a week ago when it started glitching, no cracks nothing, it just randomly started doing it. Would restarting it help or do I need to try something else? The screen does this when I move the screen/lid a little or randomly. How much would this cost. The laptop is out of warranty and hp. What would need to be replaced?
