Question Laptop screen is black, works on other display

Hello! My new Acer Nitro 5 (an515-54) laptop suddenly stopped working normally. It is on, I still can adjust brightness (black is getting darker or brighter) and when plugged to external display through hdmi cable, it shows everything normal. I've tried unplugging battery and searching for new drivers , but no result.

most likely the panel is damaged or the ribbon cable inside
