Question Laptop screen is refreshing every 2 second, cannot click nothing.

Hello,

My sister laptop its HP pavilion 17 have werid issue. My sister told me that it happened when she turn on pc today. When you turn on laptop it boot up normally but when we get to desktop laptop is refreshing every 2 second its like you are clicking F5 button all the time. I cant click or do anything.

I ran some disk checks in cmd ( its some windows repair tools) but it shows nothing.

I know i could reinstall windows and i can do that but maybe it can be done in more peacefull way.

Sound more like a virus. Did you tried a virus scan?
In Task Manager any weird processes running, CPU running at 100% or Disk Activity running high??
