Question Laptop screen not working help plz!!

My asus rog strict gl503g's screen doesn't work. I will turn it on and see the rog loading screen for a sec then it turns blank and when I tried with external monitor, it just displayed a blank screen like my laptop. I have tried removing battery and holding power button for 1 hr and nothing worked. I have also tried taking out the ram and putting it back in. Any other suggestions? Plz help

1Hour, is a little too long. Can you get into BIOS and remain there? If so, please check the version of the BIOS that you're on. You could try and initiate Safe Mode, try options 4, 5, 6 and 7 from this guide.

Uh no I can not get into bios or anything like that my screen is completely blank and no buttons affect that
