Question Laptop screen suddenly pixelates and there's a buzzing sound ?

Greetings everyone. I bought a second hand ASUS Vivobook 14X Pro OLED laptop 1 month ago. There was no apparent problem. But while I was using it, every once in a while the screen started to pixelate and freeze and sound like it was stuck. When this happens, I can't do anything except turn the laptop off and on. I never know when it will happen. Sometimes it happens suddenly when I'm talking on Discord. Sometimes I play Battlefield V for 3-4 hours and it never happens.

Now I bought FIFA 24 and it started to happen every 2 games while playing. There was an active warranty, I sent it to technical service. They told me that there was no hardware problem, there was actually a software problem. They said they took care of that and the computer came back. But the problem still persists. I couldn't find the source of the problem, and I hope it's fixable. I realized that this is a global problem with this model and I came across different threads mentioning the same problem. Is this the laptop you'd purchased used;

If so, I'd try and inspect the internal cooling to the laptop to see if there's anything clogging the vents. Now would be a good idea to change the thermal paste for something higher in quality. If I were in your shoes, I'd also reinstall the OS to remove anything that might've been on there by the previous user.

I completely reinstalled everything multiple times but it doesnt seem to work 🙁. Also my comptuer is just the i5-11300H version of that one. Everything else is the same.
