Hello guys ive spend few days trying to solve that issue but had no success so far.
the laptop is Asus RoG G771JM
CPU:Intel Core i7-4710HQ, 2.50 -3.3GHz
RAM:8GB
HDD: HGST HTS721010A9E630 (1 TB, 7200 RPM, SATA-III)
GPU: Intel HD 4600 / nVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M
OS: Windows 10 pro
My problem is that everytime when i start playing CS:GO after 5-20 mins (still dont know when exactly) the laptop shuts down.
Ive manage to do few stress tests the temerature is
GPU: up to 84C out of 97C
CPU: up to 85C but it stays around 81C-83C out of 100C
HDD: up to 38
I manage to heat up the cpu 2 tims to 86C but it happend for 3-4 secs and it drops down
During these tests the laptop didnt shut down even once
Ive try to play Neverwinter and Fifa 2019 and the laptop still didnt shut down it does shuted down when i try to run PUBG again 5-20 mins and its shutting down.
I've already check the Event Viewer all i can see is message after the shut down which tells me "The previous system shutdown at 22:42:09 on ‎18/‎09/‎2019 was unexpected."
the laptop doesnt have battery anymore so i cant really check if it might be the charger.
I'm kind of lost i hope youll be able to help me.
Thank you

That temperatures are a little high but they shouldn't cause the computer to power off. I would say that the problem may indeed be the charger that cannot supply enough current and the laptop shuts down.
