[SOLVED] Laptop shutdown when external hdd is connected

Just change the hdd for a ssd but now when I connect any external hdd on any usb port the Pc shutdowns completly , Other dispositives works fine on any port, Also try on Linux And live Os, same result, the weird part is that if I turn the Laptop with the external hdd already connected works normaly.
Dell Laptop 5565 , 12gb Ram

No its powered by the usb, 2.5 disc

I try an usb hub and the same , but when reboot the usb hub works fine even when I connect the external hdd to the hub,

Try to remove the HDD from the external HDD enclosure and connect to other HDD dock, the cable/board of the dock might be faulty.
