Question Laptop shutdowns randomly

Laptop randomly shutdown even though its not that hot.also it doesnt shutdown if here is a game running or a video playing and idea what is the cause of this? Is it hardware or virus had this laptop for nearly 5 years. And it now it acts like this.

Make and model of the laptop and it's SKU? Might want to see what BIOS version you're on for your laptop's motherboard. What version of Windows 10 are you on(assuming you're on Windows 10)? What games/apps are you taxing the system? I think your laptop is need of a battery replacement, if you didn't replace the laptop's battery within the last 5 years.
