laptop shuting off after only a few minutes of being on.

My laptop is shuting down after about 10 minutes if I'm doing anything more than just sitting in mumble talking to friends. it just started about 3 hours ago and I don't think it's a temperature issue but I'm not 100% sure on it though.

Never mind it's definitely a temperature problem I had speccy open and opened chrome and it went from 69c to 90c immediately. What do I do?
