laptop shuts down when i play video files or online videos

it doesn't shut down when i run any of the tests on cpu memory gpu. with or without battery. only on video playback. please help me to fix it

If temps are fine, what about other GPU drivers?

i found that if i disable the playback device it doesnt shut down anymore. i did install new driver and tried older olso

Which playback device are you referring to?

or better when i plug in the headphones it works just fine
