Question Laptop Shuts Down when I press T/Y/H.

So I accidentally dropped my studio microphone on my laptop's keyboard, and since then, when i press harder on T/Y/H keys, the laptop restarts. I've got an Asus Rog gl703-gm. Does anybody know what could be the problem and how I could solve it? Thanks

You have almost certainly broken the keyboard itself. All sorts of odd things can happen once a laptop keyboard has been compromised.

If the same behavior is not evident if you use an external keyboard, then replacing the laptop keyboard is the solution.

your problem is physical. Had the same problem
physical mod is required. this is what I had to do.
