Laptop shuts off 3 seconds after pawer on

My laptop has been acting up all of a sudden i went to power it up it comes on then imeditly shuts off. im not sure what it could be ive notice the acting up 1. it wanted a disk check 2. the wifi went out and says there new hardware for a coprocesser. 3 no boot up after from power on

Normally when a machine does this, my guess their would be a hardware problem. How new is the laptop, if it is within warranty, that might be a consideration. Also did you make any changes to the laptop hardware or software before you had this problem.

Try using the AC adapter (uses electricity), and then try without (uses battery). Do you get the same result?
