Laptop slow only when connected to home wifi.

I bought a new Dell Inspiron 7567 but whenever I connect to my home wifi the speeds go from around 60Mpbs to less than 2 Mbps. This only happens when I'm connected to this certain wifi. I tried it on my phone and through an ethernet cable and it worked perfectly. All other devices also work fine on my home wifi. I've restarted multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, uninstalled the anti virus that came with it and turned off fire wall to make sure it wasn't that.

Possibly a defective wireless card. Very rare but technically not out of the question. I would check to see if you have any other software for handling wi-fi (basically anything could be causing an issue). There was a specific program that was causing issues but I can't think of the name off the top of my head. Best check anyway.

I'll check for software but It can't be a defective card because I've connected to different wifi signals like my phones hot spot and It worked just fine
