Laptop slowing down after installing fitgirl games

I usually get most games from fitgirl repack. Every time I install a game, my laptop slows down. The benchmark tests are very low after installation. So to beat the problem, I uninstall my nvidia drivers and reinstall it. After doing that my benchmark test is really high. I really want to know why I'm facing this issue. This happens every time I install a fitgirl game.
