Anyone can help me?
Recently when I upgraded my laptop's OS from win 8.1 to win 10, I'm experiencing a difficult issue about my sound system. Sometimes when I plugged my external speakers in, it won't produce sound unless i plugged it out again and then my built in speakers of my laptop will produce sound, so every time I plugged my external speakers again it stop producing sound,
I checked my external speakers if it's the issue, by plugging my those to different devices but it seem work fine. That's why i came to conclusion that maybe it's my laptop's system fault.
So does anyone can tell me what is the cause of this problem and how to fix this?
By the way here's my laptop specs and speaker model:
Laptop:
lenovo g50-70
intel i7-4510u
4gb ram
win 8.1-win 10
built in speakers dolby home theater(conexant smart audio)
1TB HDD
External Speakers:
creative t3300
