Laptop Speaker noise when "play sound+AC mode+ moving cursor"!

hi all
i have lenovo ideapad 520 81bf (i7-8550u/16GB/2TB/Mx150 4GB)
all things work prefect but...
when laptop in AC mode and speaker work (play music or video or ...) and when i moving cursor (by laptop's touchpad or external mouse), i sense noise in speaker.
when laptop in Battery mode, this noise removed...

I live in iran. power is 220V and my original adapter are 2 prong.

can any one help me?

Can you try someone elses house/electrical socket?
Maybe its related to your house.
You can get electrical noise from anywhere

i test this with 3-2 electrical socket, but all of them in my house...
i must test it in other place...
i was amazed, because this noise when i moving cursor only!
it possible a circuit damage? (mother board, speaker, ICs, chips or other internal part of laptop?

i test somethings...

i discovered this: I run a Bench and Stress CPU by CPU-Z and at the same time run a music. and it was clear from noise...
when stop Bench/Stress, i sense noise and when run again Bench or Stress noise was cleared!

help please

Sorry. I am not sure. My old motherboard used to be noisy when I had headphones on, but there was no cure. It was just the way it was made.
