Laptop Specs High But Seriously Low FPS and Performance!

My computer's specs are quite high but when I play the new games like Titanfall etc. it runs at choppy FPS and it lags so bad.

I bought my laptop last year, and was the best one of the best available at the store.

It's an HP. Here are the SPECS:

Intel Core i7 MQ4702 Quad 2.2 GHz
WIndows 8 64 bit
16 GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 8600M Series

I have 2 GPU's by the way, and have configured Titanfall to be run on the Radeon GPU.

Any help or suggestions? Much is appreciated.
I just don't understand why my computer can't run my games very well.

well from what I found your gpu is at the min specs equivalent for the game. mins graphics card is a radeon HD 4700 and when you look at specs your gpu offers about the same texture rates and such. so you should be able to play the game on the lowest settings considering its the minium gpu requirements. I don't have titanfall so I cant tell you any more then that
