Question Laptop speed fall below 1.5GHz while charging and gaming and works kinda normal on battery while gaming?

I would i to add few things more:-
1. CPU:- i5-11320H 4C/8T 3.20GHz and max boost 4.5GHz
2. GPU;- MX450 (i know an entry level gpu and not enough, but ig it can handle games at 720p 30fps at minimum

So here the problem goes
When i start playing games the cpu usually starts at ~3.5GHz and within 5 min the speed fall below 3GHz and in 15 min of playing the speed is at 0.7GHz.
I am using Throttlestop and will be posting screenshot and log file since i have being researching this from around 6 months.

Ran Cinebech got score of 37xx and when asked to chatgpt is told that cpu should have atleast 5000 points.

Another thing when gpu is enabled cpu speed stays around 2.2GHz and when enabled speed at 1.5GHz.

Temprature do shoot past 90 very easily and r constant around 92-95.

One thing i will try is to giving direct supply of ventilation.

My canned response to laptop performance issues:

I see many complaints about gaming laptops not performing well.
Usually gaming while plugged in.
One common cause is thermal throttling.
Laptop coolers must, of necessity be small and light.
The coolers are also relatively underpowered.
If you run an app such as HWMonitor or HWinfo, you will get the current, minimum, and maximum cpu temperatures. Set to see each individual core.
For intel processors, if you see a max of 100c. in red, it means you have throttled.
I think the number for ryzen is more like 85c-90c.
The cpu will lower it's multiplier and power draw to protect itself until the situation reverses.
At a lower multiplier, your cpu usage may well be at 100%
What can you do?
First, see that your cooler airways are clear and that the cooler fan is spinning.
Use a windows balanced power profile, not the performance profile.
Set a minimum cpu performance to something like 20%

It is counter-intuitive, but, try changing the windows balanced power profile advanced functions to a max of 90% instead of the default of 100%
You may not notice the reduced cpu performance.

Assuming your laptop fans are clear of dust and spinning, I would not expect much.
If your vents are obstructed and a pad opens that up, then perhaps you would get some help.
Using the windows power management, there is no under volting involved.
Running at less than 100% just keeps the system from trying to boost performance.
I would avoid using third party apps. No telling what they are really doing.

So here the problem goes

Many laptops with low end 11320H processors have poor or inadequate cooling even when everything is perfect. If you are going to replace the thermal paste, use Honeywell PTM 7950. Many other thermal pastes can quickly degrade and pump out.

The log file shows that when running on battery power, you get non stop EDP throttling. This is caused by your laptop enforcing a low ball current limit to help protect the battery from being damaged. Most laptops cannot perform at their best when they are not plugged in.

Once plugged in, EDP throttling switches to constant thermal throttling because the cooling system is either under designed or is in need of a thorough cleaning or usually a little of both.

Laptops with 11320H processors were never designed for a constant load or smooth game play.
