Hello, I have laptop Lenovo Y520, it had bad HDD so I gave it away.
Now I got SSD (860 EVO SATA M.2) put I think my laptop have NVMe M.2 SSD port but this SSD have SATA M.2 SSD (maybe this is thre problem :S) but yeah I put it in and in BIOS showed nothing. So i readed maybe I need install drivers but problem is this I have no windows and I wanted downlaod windows this SSD and latop. So I put my USB made Windows10 put in started instal and not showed storage where install it :(

So is this problem that I need install drivers somehow or is the problem that this SSD not fit with my laptop :S ?

If the laptop will only take an NVMe drive, then a SATA III drive such as the 860 EVO will not work. At all. Ever.,
There is no driver to install for this.

Not all M.2 ports are the same.
You need to verify 100% what your laptop will take.
