Hi,
Are you able to get to the desktop screen?
If you have a small window before the computer auto hibernates...
Follow these instructions carefully and do it fast.
1. Click the Windows Start button.
2. Type Cmd in the Start Search text box and press Ctrl-Shift-Enter (keyboard shortcut to run Command Prompt as Administrator). Click Continue to allow elevation request.
3. Type powercfg.exe /hibernate off in the Command Prompt shell, and then press the Enter key.
Then restart the laptop, the issue should be fixed...
(This basically turns off hibernation altogether so it won't hibernate again!
Hope this helps!
