Laptop starting up "choppy" (NOT SLOW) for first 10 minutes, then back to normal.

Hi, i have a dell alienware m17x r3
Core i7 2920xm
16gb DDR3
180gb SSD
Intel hd graphics 3000
My laptop suddenly starting booting choppy, not slow, choppy, as in video games 2 fps like, after 10 minutes more or less it goes back to normal, if i put it to sleep and wake it up same thing happen
I have done EVERYTHING!
-Tested new ram
-Tested de SSD
-Tested CPU and GPU
-Clean windows install
-Installed ubuntu
nothing, i have done dell self check and it reports back with no errors! i also resetted the BIOS, still, nothing!
This thing does not happen while doing the test or while using the BIOS menu, it's as smooth as it gets, any lights?
