I have a HP Pavilion x360 used from son in laws family they used for there business that had Windows 10 on it when got. Obliviously had a factory reset of the current os it's like a new pc. So it gave me the option to upgrade to 11 from the updates. I did that which it did from the net. All when fine after setup. All I did after everything setup was read some news of the widgets then shut down. Next time I powered up it starts with showing the HP logo then please wait and I hear the tone then it goes to a blank screen. The screen has some dim backlight to it so it's not black and the cursor is there and does move. I did a reset this pc and it did do a normal power up once but now it's doing the same thing with the blank screen again. Any suggestions ? ty..
