Laptop startup problem

Hello , my toshiba satellite laptop doesnt startup windows , it is stucked a black screen with white fixed cursor ( underscore ) , any solution , i tried to change the harddisk with another hdd that have windos preinstalled on and still same problem.

The disk you tried with Windows already, did it come from the same model computer? If not, that will not work. You need to do a clean Windows setup on the computer you are trying to fix.
